SRI Service Fee

A very worthwhile investment

Once we have informed you that we believe Terms can be secured, our Professional Service Fee of $400 (plus GST) is payable.

This covers the following:

• Vetting the file notes to determine where there are gaps in the information
• Having our clinically qualified Case Manager conduct an intensive telephone interview with the client to capture additional information and relevant lifestyle issues to support their application
• Research and preparation of our comprehensive Case Presentation that gives a holistic and well balanced view of the individual seeking cover, plus a product and underwriting summary
• Distributing the completed documents to select senior underwriters with a recommended underwriting approach
• Collating responses
• Regular communication with you the Adviser to keep you informed of progress

Whether you choose to pay the SRI Service Fee yourself, or pass it on to your client, you will benefit from having a specialist team handle your difficult cases:
