Application Process
First time users of our service, please print off a copy of our Adviser Agreement.
Then simply complete your details, sign and return to PO Box 39 125, Wellington Mail Centre 5045 or fax to 04 939 6748.
Note: AMP Connect Advisers are already covered by a group agreement.
Follow these easy steps to have our team of specialists take care of your non-standard case:

Telephone 0800 774 757 to get our initial expert view on the case.

Send the SRI Application Form to us with a copy of the original Application & Personal Statement. The SRI Service Fee is also payable at this time.

4.
We will obtain the medical notes from the
previous insurer and prepare a Case Presentation that will be sent to select senior underwriters for their Terms. |
5.
As soon as we get a response from underwriters we will inform you,
and you can decide with your client which one to accept. |
6.
Your client will then complete the insurer’s application and the Offer of Terms, with the application being submitted by your normal Agency, or ours, if you do not hold an Agency. |
7.
On completion, SRI will invoice your Agency
for a share of the first year’s API, which generally equates to around 25% of the initial commission received. If we have to use our Agency, all commission less our share will be paid on receipt. |
8.
The client file is archived by us but if in the future you wish to increase cover or add additional benefits, we can recover it and assist you again. |
